Terms of use
Last updated 26 August 2026
These are the rules for using Urgent work. They are written the way the rest of the service is — plainly, so they can be understood the first time.
What Urgent work is
The service records table football matches: results, leaderboards, statistics and tournaments. It is run by one person as a spare-time project, not by a company.
It is free and carries no advertising. Nothing is charged for and nothing is sold — data included.
Your account
An account needs a verified e-mail address. Sign-in is handled by Clerk, optionally through Google or Discord; no password is stored here.
You are responsible for what happens under your account. It is personal — do not create one on somebody else's behalf and do not share your sign-in.
You choose your own name and player tag. Choose ones that do not pass you off as somebody else.
What you upload
Photos and text you upload stay yours. By uploading them you allow the service to show them where they belong — your avatar on your profile, a match photo to the people who played that match.
Do not upload anything unlawful, abusive, or anybody else's work that you have no right to. That includes pictures taken from the internet.
A match photo usually has other people in it. Upload it only if they agree, and expect everyone who played that match to see it.
Content that breaks these rules may be removed without warning.
Matches are not yours alone
A match is confirmed by the people who played it, so the result is a shared record. That is why you cannot dispose of it on your own.
Deleting your account removes your personal details — e-mail, name, tag, avatar. The matches stay and your part in them becomes anonymous; otherwise your opponents' results, Elo and history would disappear with yours.
Fair use
Do not record results that did not happen, and do not edit other people's matches against their wishes. Do not work around limits, do not try to reach data that is not yours, and do not load the service with automated traffic.
Availability and change
The service runs on a single rented server and comes with no guaranteed availability. It may be down, it may change, and it may stop.
Backups are taken daily and their restore is tested, but that is not a guarantee. Do not rely on Urgent work as the only place your data exists.
Liability
The service is provided as it is, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, no liability is accepted for loss arising from using it or from it being unavailable. Your rights as a consumer are unaffected.
Ending it
You can delete your account at any time in the settings. It cannot be undone, and signing up again creates a new, empty account.
An account that breaks these rules may be limited or closed.
Changes to these terms
The rules may change. A substantial change will be announced in the app or by e-mail, and the date at the top of this page always says when it last happened.
Governing law
This relationship is governed by the law of the Czech Republic. If you are a consumer, you keep the rights the law of your country of residence gives you.
Personal data
How personal data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy. It is a separate document and takes precedence on anything to do with data. Personal data
